Please make sure that your browser does not block pop-ups and that Javascript is enabled. In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and uncheck "Block pop-ups". In Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Content and uncheck "Block Popup Windows" and check "Enable Javascript"
To login into the application use "demo" for username and password.
